"Honestly, the music is usually great"
I’m not gonna lie, the music in most classes is really good and it always gets me moving right away. I just wish they’d switch it up a little more sometimes because a bit more variety would make it even better.

"I went to one of The Class retreats..."
I went to one of The Class retreats and left feeling a little let down. The workouts themselves were solid, but for the price, I expected the whole experience to feel more organized and thought out. There were a few times where I wasn’t totally sure what was happening next or when we were supposed to be somewhere, and I kept feeling like the schedule either changed or wasn’t explained clearly. The staff was friendly enough, but I was hoping for more guidance and support throughout. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not really worth the money for me, and I don’t think I’d book another one...

I wanted to like the studio, but it just felt a bit cramped and darker than I expected. I’ve been using the app for a bit it’s easy to get around. Every now and then there’s a small lag, but nothing that’s really stopped me from using it. If you’re thinking about trying it, I’d say go for it—just be a little patient during the occasional slow moment...

"I really wanted to enjoy The Class, but..."
I really wanted to enjoy The Class, but it felt too intense for where I’m at right now. There was a lot of jumping and quick movements, and I didn’t feel like there were enough breaks to safely catch my breath or reset. I tried to keep up, but I ended up feeling sore in a way that didn’t feel good, so I decided it’s probably better for me to step back rather than push through something my body isn’t ready for. I can see it being great for people who are already fit, but it just wasn’t the right fit for me.

I originally joined for the workouts, but the people are what made me stick around. The community chats feel genuine and supportive, which I really appreciate. That said, I’ve been a bit disappointed with how crowded some of the classes get. It can make the experience feel less personal than I was hoping for. Still, overall it’s a welcoming place.

I’ve got weird work hours, so finding classes that actually fit my schedule can be a pain, well, not really here. It’s been surprisingly easy to find times that work, which makes it way more realistic for me to stick with it

"Support was quicker than I expected"
I had a question about my bill and thought I’d be waiting a while, like I have with a lot of other companies. But support got back to me fast. It did take one extra message to fully get things fixed, but they were friendly about it and sorted it out. Compared to the usual customer service experience, this was decent.

I’ve been using theclass.com for a little while now, and overall I’m happy with it. The vibe is great and the site is easy enough to use, which I appreciate. I’ve been using theclass.com for a bit now, the reason I keep coming back is the teachers. To me, they don’t come across like they’re trying to be some polished fitness personality or say all the “right” things. They just feel like real people leading you through whatever kind of class you happened to show up for that day.
Some sessions feel emotional, others are more straightforward and sweaty, but there’s always this genuine vibe I really appreciate. They stumble over words sometimes, laugh at themselves, and explain things in a way that feels natural instead of scripted. For me, that makes the whole experience easier to connect with. Definitely 5 stars.
